okbzz Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and okbzz.

These terms and conditions have been updated most recently. By creating an account or continuing to use the platform, you will be considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

General Provisions

1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every member ("User" or "you") who uses the okbzz platform ("Platform"). The platform is an online entertainment and gaming service operated by okbzz. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and okbzz.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open and use an account on the okbzz platform, you must meet the following conditions:

You must be at least 21 years old — this platform is for those aged 21 and above only.
You do not reside in any jurisdiction where receiving such services is prohibited by law.
You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You have not previously been banned or suspended by okbzz.

Age Verification

okbzz may at any time request a government-issued ID, birth registration certificate, or similar documents for age verification. Account activity may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and secure.
You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Transferring, selling, or renting your account is strictly prohibited.
If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify us immediately.

Financial Transactions

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

The following methods are accepted for deposits on the okbzz platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bangladeshi bank transfer. No other payment methods are currently supported.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).
After a successful deposit, funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your name — deposits via third parties are not accepted.
If any deposit appears suspicious, okbzz reserves the right to verify it and may hold the funds until verification is complete.
okbzz complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and reserves the right to verify information when necessary.

5 Withdrawals and Fund Transfers

The following rules apply to withdrawals on okbzz:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
Withdrawal processing time is generally 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit and to the user's own designated account.
Identity verification (KYC) may be required before the first withdrawal.
The relevant wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see clause 6).
Withdrawal requests may be delayed during any active investigation or verification process.

6 Welcome Bonus and Wagering Requirements

okbzz offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to receiving and using the bonus:

Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined.

Calculation Example

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Complete bets of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 on the bonus and winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Example 2: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳26,000.

In the event of any bonus irregularity or breach of conditions, okbzz reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings derived from it. okbzz may modify or discontinue bonus offers at any time.

Gaming Rules

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

okbzz is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Playing games or placing bets using any software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
Unfairly claiming bonuses or promotional benefits through multiple accounts.
Attempting to manipulate or hack the platform's software or security systems.
Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities under the guise of gaming.
Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or staff.
Exploiting vulnerabilities or technical errors in the platform.

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

8 VIP Program and Rewards

okbzz's VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback benefits available at each tier:

Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Progress through each tier depends on your overall activity on the platform. okbzz reserves the right to modify the terms and benefits of the VIP program without prior notice. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the associated account.

9 Special Provisions for Sports Betting

The following additional conditions apply to the sports betting service on okbzz:

All displayed odds are not final — okbzz reserves the right to change odds up until the event begins.
okbzz may void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
Any bet linked to match fixing or manipulation of results will be considered void.
If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
In the case of disputed results, okbzz's decision will be considered final.

Responsibility and Privacy

10 Data Privacy and Protection

Protecting your personal information is our priority. We use SSL encryption technology to keep all your data secure. Full details of how we collect, store, and use your personal information can be found on our Privacy Policy page.

okbzz does not sell your information to third parties. However, information may be shared when required by legal obligation, for fraud prevention, or at the request of a regulatory authority.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

okbzz may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms.
Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Registration using false or incomplete information.
Failure to pass age verification.
For legal or regulatory reasons.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate funds before closure.

12 Limitation of Liability

okbzz is not responsible for:

Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
Loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account if caused by your own negligence.
Delays or losses caused by errors with third-party services or payment gateways.
Any circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

okbzz continues to make every effort to operate a safe, reliable, and fair platform at all times.

Responsible Gaming and Amendments

13 Responsible Gaming

okbzz places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is entertainment — not a solution to problems. The following protective tools are available on our platform:

The ability to set deposit limits.
Self-Exclusion option — temporarily closing your account for a set period.
Support for regular review of gaming activity.
