okbzz's Responsible Gaming Policy
Play for fun, stay within your limits. okbzz believes gaming should be safe, entertaining, and mindful — always.
What Is Responsible Gaming?
Responsible gaming means playing with awareness of your financial limits, time, and mental state. At okbzz, we want every player to enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or an escape from stress.
There is always a risk involved in gambling. The outcome of every game is uncertain, and in the long run the house always has an edge — that is the mathematical nature of the games. Chasing lost money or playing to relieve stress is never a good idea. Play for fun, without pressure to win.
okbzz believes that informed players enjoy themselves the most. That is why we have built several protection tools into our platform to help you keep your gaming habits in check.
Recognize the Warning Signs
Be cautious if you notice any of the following:
- Spending more than your budget
- Playing again to recover lost money
- Finding it hard to stop playing
- Hiding your gaming from family or friends
- Gaming is affecting your sleep or work
- Playing to relieve stress
Our Protection Tools
Self-Exclusion
Activate self-exclusion to temporarily or permanently keep yourself away from the platform. During this period your account will be automatically suspended and placing bets will not be possible.
Set Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately; a waiting period applies if you wish to increase the limit.
Time-Out Break
Take a temporary break from 24 hours up to 30 days. You will not be able to log in during this period. Once the break ends, your account will be reactivated automatically.
Betting & Activity History
View all your gaming activity, transactions, and betting history at any time. Analyse your spending patterns and make informed decisions.
Support Team — 24/7
Contact the okbzz support team for any concerns related to gaming. We are always available via live chat and email in both Bengali and English.
Minor Protection
okbzz strictly prevents anyone under the age of 21 from creating an account. The identity verification process ensures that only adults can use the platform.
Deposit Limits & Protection Methods
How Do Deposit Limits Work?
At okbzz you can easily set deposit limits from your account settings. There are three options:
- Daily Limit: Set the maximum amount you can deposit each day.
- Weekly Limit: Put a cap on your total deposits within one week.
- Monthly Limit: Set a monthly limit to manage your monthly budget.
Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. If you request an increase, it will apply only after a set waiting period — this rule protects you from impulsive decisions.
Please note that the minimum deposit at okbzz is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. Plan your personal limits with these amounts in mind.
Time Management & Breaks
Playing for long periods can be harmful to your mental and physical health. okbzz's time-out feature helps you:
- Session Reminders: You will be notified at set intervals showing how long you have been playing.
- Temporary Break: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
- Permanent Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for an extended period or permanently.
Contact the support team to activate any protection measure — they are ready to assist you fully.
Build Healthy Gaming Habits
Set Your Budget in Advance
Before you start playing, decide how much you are willing to spend. Think of this amount as the cost of entertainment — do not be upset if you lose it.
Stick to a Time Limit
Decide how long you will play before each session. Stop when the time is up — even if you are winning.
Do Not Make Decisions Based on Emotion
Never play when you are angry, frustrated, or under the influence of alcohol. Play with a clear head — good decisions lead to a better experience.
Do Not Chase Lost Money
"If I play a little more, I'll get the money back" — this thinking is dangerous. Every game is new and unrelated to previous results.
Be Open with Your Family
There is nothing to hide about gaming. But if you find it difficult to tell your family, that can be a warning sign.
Keep Other Forms of Entertainment
Sports, spending time with family or friends, reading — variety in entertainment reduces dependence on gaming.
Self-Exclusion — Details
Self-exclusion is the strongest protection measure okbzz offers. Once activated, logging in to your account will be completely blocked and any attempt to create a new account will also be prevented.
How to Activate Self-Exclusion
- Contact the support team via live chat.
- Or email [email protected] with the subject: "Self-Exclusion Request".
- Once your identity is confirmed, your account will be suspended.
- Any eligible balance in your account will be returned in accordance with our policy.
Exclusion Period
You can choose how long you want the exclusion to last — from a short period all the way to a permanent exclusion. We process every request with care and promptly. Remember, this is not a sign of weakness — it is a brave step toward taking care of yourself.
